We are so excited over all the possibilities our business presents. Lots of decisions to make $$$, but we will tackle them one at a time. Bed sheets, food, food allergies, fun snacks for guests with children... all while trying to keep balance in life...our families, our boys, us...never met a man who can multi task...but Johnas is doing a pretty good job! We stay up thinking about signature dishes for The Colonial B&B at Stamford, NY....every at home meal is an adventure to find what we can wow our guest with....we better fit in some daily exercise soon...tomorrow's journey...Filet Mignon in Cabernet sauce over pasta with our secret sauce (girl's got to have a few secrets...) if I wow Mr. Johnas tomorrow with this dinner, I will take a photo of it and post it on tomorrow's blog and maybe include this dish at a Colonial B&B at Stamford, NY brunch.
Hasta pronto!

Well improvisation is the name of the game...lets see what I come up...secret sauce is done, beef is last thing to cook (only takes approx 5 mins to cook, then you have to let it breath for a few minutes afterwards..oh no I am divulging cooking secrets....;) Next post, hopefully, will be from Mr. Johnas...critiquing his meal...crossing fingers and toes....hasta luego! ReplyDeleteMy God, another wonderful meal in the book, recipe book that is. Got the idea for this at an Albany restaurant when I couldn't decide between the wonderful pasta they make and the mouth watering steaks.....so....I had both in one meal. You don't see this meal in too many places so I thought, this will be a HUGE hit. My Chica did a wonderful job with it. We looked like a couple of scientists in a lab analyzing every morsel. Hats off to you Ms. Santana.
ReplyDeleteBack to the Lab with this dish....it was good, but not a wow rating yet...though The Dominator (that my Dominick) thought it was awesome, thank you kiddo...keep you posted!
